Dosha effect
Vata -1 · Pitta ±0 · Kapha -1(−2 pacifies · +2 aggravates)
Bright, energizing pentatonic scale — invigorates without agitating; clears kapha heaviness and lifts vata's restlessness into focused joy.
On Sun: Originally a Carnatic raga (Hamsadhvani). The shuddha Ni + shuddha Ga give a solar, radiant character — commonly linked to Surya energy.
