Second prahar — late morning · 09:00–12:00
Desi
देसी
A forenoon raga of the Asavari family with an earthy, folk-rooted character — both dhaivats appear in practice and its chalan is highly vakra, varying by gharana, so the scale rows are left unstated rather than over-specified.
